PaymentPrices may be displayed on-line and payment may be accepted in either Sterling (GBP) or EUROS. cleanroomshop.com reserve the right to vary the GBP:EURO exchange rate from time to time to accommodate exchange rate fluctuations - the exchange rate is based upon the quoted exchange rate at Natwest plc. For UK Customers prices shown are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Overseas customers will not be charged tax; this liability will be the responsibility of the customer at point of import. Companies that are located in a member state of the European Union that are requested to submit their national tax registration number in order that records may be created for Intrastat purposes.
- Credit card payment may be accepted via our secure server (see Security Policy). cleanroomshop.co.uk accept payment from the following cards: Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, JCB and Switch.
- Credit Accounts are issued subject to status and satisfactory credit checks and will only be considered for full time businesses with regular (monthly) purchasing requirements. Credit is only available to persons aged 18 and over. If credit terms are granted, Accounts should be settled in a timely manner, all transactions are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
- All accounts are payable on demand but in any case not later than 30 days after the date of the invoice.
- Save as provided herein, terms of payment shall be stated on cleanroomshop.co.uk's acceptance of order.
- cleanroomshop.co.uk reserves the right to alter the terms of payment in accordance with the value of the Order. These terms of payment will be clearly stated on the Quotation.
- In the event of late payment, cleanroomshop.co.uk reserves the right to charge interest at 2% above the base lending rate for the time being charged by the Bank of England.
- cleanroomshop.co.uk reserves the right to suspend subsequent deliveries of goods where payment is not received by the due date.
- With respect to new customers, cleanroomshop.co.uk may insist that initial orders on a pro-forma basis.
