Bench Mounted Laminar Flow Hood to operate to particle counts as detailed in ISO14644 Part 1 class '5' (Federal Standard 209 - Class 100), giving you the confidence and reassurance that you are carrying out your processes within a clean and controlled environment.

The cabinet comes supplied in assembly kit form for easy self assembly including wipe down powder coated steel frame, 8mm thick clear acrylic side panels, stainless steel fixings and easy to follow step by step instructions. Please be aware some electrical work is required upon receipt.

The Laminar Flow Hood is fitted with 1 off variable speed controlled HEPA H14 fan filter with 3 speed control and filter test certificate.

The new “Rapid Room”, ISO Class 7 cleanroom, can be assembled in less than 30 minutes. It's available for self-assembly (flat packed or partly assembled). The room operates from a standard single-phase 240v supply.

The room measures 1.8m x 1.8m and has an internal clearance of 2.1m. White opaque ceiling as standard. Clear ceiling optional. It operates with variable speed controls, which allows for an excess of x100 HEPA filtered air changes per hour.

As an extra service, our technical team will install the room, and will also validate it to Class 7 ISO14644-part 1
